Raw materials, that are used in the products produced by Aker Paint and Chemistry Industry and Commerce Limited Company under SOLTECH brand, conform to the criteria set forth in European and world standards related to the products in its own class in terms of the health of you, dear customers and end users and environmental safety.

Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to eliminate the harms that may arise in terms of user health in the application of solvent-based products. In this respect, effective ventilation of the areas of application, definite use of carbon-filtered solvent masks by the practitioners and preventing long-term exposure to skin eliminates the risks that may arise in terms of health to a great degree.

But, there are some chemical factors, whose risks in terms of user health cannot be eliminated even by effective ventilation during application and some basic measures like using masks and gloves. Concentration of free monomer included in furniture paint and varnish systems, particularly within isocyanates used in the hardeners of bicomponent polyurethane systems and also the lead used as a drier are one of the most important ones. Users should be informed that; they should take these points into consideration in the selection of products.

Free monomer concentrations of isocyanates used in the hardening components polyurethane systems in our SOLTECH branded products conform to the levels set forth by European Union and the rates of lead used as drier are minimized or if possible, their equivalents that are not harmful to health are used.

Our products that are recommended by SOLTECH, that are applied in accordance with the above-mentioned issues and that finished their ultimate drying do not create any risk in terms of the health of practitioners or end users.

SOLTECH products are produced in the Tuzla facilities of Aker Paint and Chemistry Industry and Commerce Limited Company, who meets  ISO 9001-2009 Quality Management System, ISO 14001-2004 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards and is entitled to receive these certificates.
