Aker moved to its new facilities in Tuzla Paint and Varnish Organized Industrial Site in 2002. This new facility that is designed with the principle of minimum risk-maximum productivity and which exhibits the prospective vision of Aker, started to provide service with full capacity in 2006 with additional investments, by taking modern production techniques into consideration.

As the risk level of the raw materials processed in this facility is high, job safety measures are kept at maximum level, 100% ex-proof machinery and electrical installation is used and risks that may occur are minimized to operate in a way not to risk occupational health.

In our business, whose process design is based on the principal of productivity, there are currently 60 personnel working and in this facility, which is supported by by 600 tons of solvent and 100 tons of resin stock tank areas, an established capacity of 60 tons/day paint and varnish and 120 tons/day thinner production has been achieved.

Most of the filling, labelling and paint processing machines are specially designed for us and they are imported machines representative of cutting edge technology.
